We start with a one-on-one online consultation to talk about your goals, fitness level, health history, and any injuries or limitations. This helps create a plan that’s safe, realistic, and effective for you.


Personalized Fitness Plan

Based on your consultation, you receive a customized workout program designed around your goals—such as building strength, improving balance and flexibility, or increasing cardiovascular health. The plan fits your schedule and the equipment you have access to.


Exercise Demonstrations & Instructions

You’ll get clear video demonstrations and written instructions for each exercise, so you know exactly how to perform movements safely and correctly.


Train on Your Schedule

Complete your workouts at home, at the gym, or wherever you’re comfortable—on your own time. You’re never locked into a specific class time.


Ongoing Coaching & Check-Ins
